Nella TV è incorporata l'Apple TV, quindi si può proiettare quello che si guarda sull'iPhone sulla TV. La cucina a vista è completamente attrezzata e si presenta moderna e funzionale: è dotata di forno elettrico, frigorifero, congelatore e dispone di fornelli a gas. La camera da letto, a cui si accede tramite un corridoio, è attrezzata con un ampio armadio, una cassettiera e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Infine il bagno, il quale dispone di una cabina doccia in cristallo e dà l'accesso al balcone, dove si trova la lavatrice, situata all'interno di un mobile.
