The property has a pleasant terrace, equipped with a comfortable anti-sun awning and overlooking the Bologna Fair. Up to 5 guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. This apartment is located in a very quiet street and is furnished in a classic and functional style. It is equipped with split air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, while the guest bedroom has a ceiling fan. The heating is centralized and can be regulated via the thermovalves on the radiators. The property is located close to Via San Donato, in the context of a green neighborhood well served by commercial activities and public transport, allowing you to quickly reach the historic center by car or bus. The entrance leads onto a long corridor from which you can access the living room, the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms.
